Loose Dwyer Electrical Switch Inside Panel Box: The primary Dwyer switch was moving freely within the electrical panel, posing an arcing and overheating risk that required immediate correction.
Decaying Exterior Sealants: Multiple exterior seams showed premature sealant decay, creating a potential water-intrusion hazard around roof and sidewall joints.
Generator Not Operational: The onboard generator failed to start, limiting off-grid capability and signaling a need for service prior to delivery.
Chassis Battery Corrosion: The chassis battery terminals were corroded, which can cause voltage drop, poor engine starts, and long-term electrical issues if not cleaned and treated.
No Audible Dash Warnings: When the landing jacks were deployed or headlights left on, there was no audible dash alert — a safety issue that could allow the vehicle to move or discharge batteries unknowingly.
Multiple Neutrals on a Single Lug: Several neutral conductors terminated under one lug inside the breaker panel, violating NFPA 1192 and NEC 551 electrical code. Each neutral must have its own dedicated terminal to ensure compliance and safety.
Entry Steps Not Fully Retracting: The entry stairs required manual assistance to retract, suggesting motor binding or alignment issues that need attention before travel.
